We realise that for some, working with a graphic/web design agency may be a new experience, and therefore a little daunting. VERZEX’s Graphic Designers provide a fully transparent design service, and don’t believe in trying to baffle clients with complicated terminology.
We realise that for some, working with a graphic/web design agency may be a new experience, and therefore a little daunting. VERZEX’s Graphic Designers provide a fully transparent design service, and don’t believe in trying to baffle clients with complicated terminology.
Your branding and marketing materials are often the first point of contact with potential customers. You don’t get a second chance to make a first impression, and therefore your communication materials need to convey the right image. A design agency will produce marketing materials that will help to impress upon potential customers the professionalism of your company and the service you offer. By producing your own marketing materials you run the risk of appearing amateurish, meaning the loss of potential customers.
For projects where the quote is under $500, we require an initial payment representing 50% of the total fee, before we can commence work on your project. The remainder of the balance is payable upon completion of the job. For projects where the quote is over $500, we require an initial payment of one-third of the total fee, before we can commence work on your project. As the project progresses we will require payment for the second one-third at the halfway point. The remaining one-third of the balance is payable upon completion of the job.
We design everything such as Logo Design, Brand Identity, Printed Materials, Marketing Materials, Art & Illustration, Product Design, Banner Design, Flyer Design, Brochure Design, Voucher Design, Business Card Design, Social Media Post Design, T-shirt Design, Social Media Cover Design, Poster Design, Thumbnails Design, Icon Design, Signage Design, and Stationery Design. Please contact us to discuss your project and design requirements.
We start all projects by thoroughly discussing the details of the project with the client. From this discussion we establish the specific requirements, which we call The Brief. We believe that client input is a crucial factor to making the project a success. Once we have established the brief, we begin work on the project by researching ideas. These initial ideas are worked up on the latest Apple Mac computers into design visuals using the latest graphic/web design software. The design visuals are then forwarded onto the client for feedback. We listen carefully to client feedback, offering solutions and advice to any issues that may arise. If any alterations are required, these are made and the amended visual is resubmitted to the client. This process continues until we receive client approval.
Once we have received the final payment, we will supply all electronic files on a compressed file. For print jobs, you will also receive high resolution PDFs, which can be taken to a printer of your choice.
Copyright for all work carried out by VERZEX™ Digital Services Network transfers to the client as soon as the balance has been settled in full. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes.
Sometimes customers require our services at very short notice. We can usually accommodate rush jobs depending on the size of the project and how full our production schedule is. These jobs are usually subjected to an additional charge on the flat hourly rate.
Generally speaking, and dependent on the technical specification, your website will be launched within 6 to 8 weeks from receipt of a signed purchase order and payment, providing all necessary content and information have been supplied. Need to host your website? Take a look at VERZEX™ Hosting – where we provide web hosting & domain names (.com .net .org …etc.) at cheapest prices.
We use VERZEX™ Hosting and two different hosting suppliers and will advise accordingly based on the size of your website, the functionality required and expected traffic.
Yes – most of it. Each website VERZEX™ creates comes with a CMS (content management system). This means you can edit the text on the pages as often as you like and change things like special offers, photos, prices etc. You will be given full training on the use of the simple CMS (content management system) and this is included in your website package.
Yes, all of our websites are built with search engine optimization in mind, so your website can easily be found and crawled by Google, Bing and other search engines.
Yes, all of the websites we build are fully responsive websites that look great on both desktops and mobile devices.
If you own a business or manage a website of any kind, you likely want target audiences to visit it. SEO is important because it’s specifically aimed at helping do just this; improve the online presence and traffic for a website.
SEO helps you show up at the most important stage of your customer’s journey, when they are actively looking for products and services you offer, or resources and information for which you have expert insights.
Yes! We are able to work with a wide range of websites, from ones built with static coding to bespoke eCommerce solutions. If your website has a content management system such as WordPress, Squarespace, and/or Wix…etc. this will make things easier. If not then we can still work with you! Depending on the complexities of your website we will either carry out technical work in-house, or suggest liaising with your web developer to implement the changes we recommend.
Unfortunately no one can guarantee number one or even first page rankings on Google, and you should be wary of anyone who promises otherwise. With constant changes to how it processes and evaluates its results, aiming for a page one ranking on Google can often be a moving target. What you should be looking for is a measurable increase in targeted traffic that drives people actively looking for your products or services to your website. This is what will convert into leads and potential sales, and this is what we focus on for our clients.
SEO is similar to any other form of marketing – what you should spend will always be dependent on your budget, objectives, and what you hope to achieve. The amount you spend will directly correlate with the output of work and time frame of expected results.
If you have questions regarding budget get in touch and one of our experienced team will be able to talk you through the details.
Search engine optimisation is a long-term investment, and the time required to see results will depend drastically on both the work required and competitiveness of your industry. While we always look for quick wins for our clients, you can expect to wait at least 3-6 months to see any significant results from your campaigns, unless your website is already fairly well-established.
Asking is it ‘worth it’ is like asking if a dentist is ‘worth it’ when you need a tooth pulled. Like most things in life, it can be done yourself given time and effort, but if you value your time and the expertise of professionals then it pays to go with a reputable SEO company.
Given a few key metrics such as your conversion rate and average or lifetime sale value, a good SEO agency will be able to forecast your expected ROI based on increases in targeted traffic – this should help you determine whether it is worth it or not.
There is a caveat to this: if a business doesn’t have the budget to afford a reputable SEO company, lacks the infrastructure to deal with an increase in leads and sales, and/or needs results immediately, then working with an SEO company will likely not prove worth it.
A good SEO company will be an established business, with reviews and demonstrable results that show they can deliver what they are proposing. They will be good communicators, and you will be able to contact them without issue.
The right agency for you will listen to your requirements and objectives, then devise an SEO strategy designed to help you achieve your KPIs. They will have experience in your industry or a related field, with past results that prove they are capable of meeting your objectives.
An SEO agency specializes in marketing and promoting companies within the organic (free) results of search engines such as Google and Bing. Based on your requirements and objectives, they will devise a strategy to meet these objectives by optimizing your website so it can be found for terms relevant to your business.
Every single website is at risk of hacking. No website can be 100% safe.
Your hosting provider should (hopefully) have at least a basic level of security on their server. However, they do not maintain your WordPress website on your behalf (unless you have a Managed WordPress Hosting LINK: https://verzex.net) so it is up to you to keep your website safe and secure. Or let us do it for you, of course, with our Web Security Plans.
You should keep your website backed up so that if anything bad was to happen to it then an earlier version can be restored and any vulnerabilities dealt with. Our standard backup procedure is now daily backups with 31 days of backups stored off-site.
Ideally as soon as an update is released for a plugin or theme. Certainly try to check your updates on a weekly basis at least. You can configure Wordfence to notify you via email when a plugin or theme needs updating.
An SSL certificate is a major part of website security as it encrypts the data communication between the website and the website visitor. If you take payments, have an online form or if your website has a password protected area (i.e. EVERY SINGLE WORDPRESS WEBSITE!) then you absolutely must have an SSL certificate. Web browsers are now marking websites without an SSL certificate (addresses that start http instead of https) as NOT SECURE. Google search results will soon be doing the same. Will visitors think twice about clicking on your website if it says NOT SECURE on Google? Yep, exactly.
There are a large number of blacklists which your website could be placed on. These range from the inconvenient (more of your outgoing emails being labelled as spam) to the disastrous (having your website completely removed from Google search results).
Malware is short for ‘Malicious Software’ and is a term used for a variety of harmful forms of software such as ransomware, spyware, adware and viruses.
This is when a cybercriminal tries to trick you into giving them personal data or passwords by sending you a seemingly safe email with a malicious link whilst pretending to be from a trusted source (such as your bank, online shop, Government etc.). If you find it difficult to decipher which emails are safe then we advise you to contact us and one of our experts will assist you on wider cyber security issues.
A DoS is when a large number of requests are made on a particular website to overload the server and therefore take it offline. A DDoS is when these requests are coming from a variety of sources (making it more difficult to block).
Firewalls can either be in the form of hardware or software. They are used to block dangerous and suspicious activity.
Yes, digital marketing is one of the most cost-effective forms of marketing available to businesses. Compared to other more traditional forms of marketing it is easier to accurately measure the results of your marketing campaigns, which allows you to make informed decisions about the value it delivers.
A well-planned digital marketing campaign can result in significant returns when implemented effectively, all for a relatively modest investment.
Digital marketing allows you to reach your target audience in ways that traditional forms of marketing do not allow. Depending on the channels used, you can target your market accurately at all stages of the buying cycle, reaching them with highly relevant messaging and content. Digital marketing is also accurately measurable, so you can evaluate precisely where your marketing efforts are having the most impact.

SEO or search engine optimization describes the process of marketing specifically for the organic (free) search results.
Search engine optimisation (SEO) focuses on promoting a website within the organic (free) search results, with the aim of improving its visibility for relevant keywords and terms their target audience use.
Pay-per-click (PPC) marketing serves ads to those same users based on keywords, demographics or other targeting – but works as an auction-based system where the advertiser is charged per click on their ad.
PPC advertising is available on a variety of online platforms, including search engines such as Google and Bing, and social networks like Facebook and Linkedin.
SMM (social media marketing) is the process of increasing brand awareness and engagement across different social platforms. You build your business persona and market your services or products on each platform.
There are many different types and approaches to digital marketing, each with their own advantages. Some of the main types include:

Facebook is a great tool from brand awareness to sales. You can use the platform in so many ways. When done well, using Facebook for your business gives you the opportunity to reach new audiences, generate leads and increase sales. It is fair to say that unless you have a large, engaged customer base already, you will need a combination of organic posts and ad campaigns in order to boost your business.
Firstly, you will need the Facebook pixel in the backend of your website to track traffic being delivered by Facebook. From there, effectively advertising on Facebook involves paid advertising, establishing a budget, creating a marketing strategy and learning from Audience Insights.
Allocating a budget to Facebook Advertising can be very worthwhile with an effective strategy set up. With ads you can reach your target audience through selecting an area, an age range and even a number of different spoken languages. You can control who sees your product, which will ultimately boost your website traffic and your conversions.
Social Media Marketing (SMM) is a general term used to describe promoting your business on any of the variety of online channels that enable users to create and share content and participate in conversations in public and private communities. There are literally hundreds of social media channels to choose from such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest.
